CareerLinks offer comprehensive employment, education and training services all in one, convenient place. Services are available for anyone seeking employment or making a career change: the general public including managers, technical workers and other professionals; low-income residents; laid off workers; long-term unemployed; youth (ages 14-21); older workers (55+); persons with disabilities; and veterans.

Many of the services available at the Bedford County CareerLink are provided under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) - a federally funded program that assists job seekers to find employment. CareerLink One-Stop Workforce Centers are open to any job seeker and are located throughout Pennsylvania. WIA Services are funded by the Southern Alleghenies Planning and Development Commission (opens in a new window) and the Southern Alleghenies Workforce Investment Board (opens in a new window).
